Best Young Players in Baseball: Part 3

UPDATE 02-14-08 2:43 PM – Here’s the link.  Sorry about that!!!

—————————————————————————————————–

You know the drill on this one. The Baseball Analysts kept their series going today by focusing on 20 and 21-year olds. These two lists are the most interesting to me because they are filled with uber-prospects like Clayton Kershaw, Jay Bruce, Justin Upton, and Travis Snider. The Brewers only had one entry on this list, and it was…..

20-year olds:

  • Jeremy Jeffress – The analysts are very hard on the young man because of his marijuana habits. I understand it was a stupid choice by Jeremy, but he’s still only 20-years old. He still has the best arm in Milwaukee’s system. On the bright side, the suspension should keep his innings down this year and still allow him to pitch regularly when returning from his suspension. Keep an eye out for Jeremy this year if he continues at the pace on which he ended last year.

I will post the interview with Brewerfan.net as soon as it is completed. My goal is to get it up and going before Saturday, when pitchers and catchers report. It’s looking like a very good interview, so I will get it posted as soon as I can!
