Geez. Either Jeffress is completely lights out or he gets lit up. There’s no in between. Though the big strikeout total is promising, especially the one walk, the two HBP’s killed him.
What’s all of this talk of Weaver joining the rotation in the Bigs… I don’t think I’ve seen any promising scorelines from him in AAA.
He’s had two good games. The theory is you can’t get any worse than Dave Bush. He’s not going to make it though. No other teams are showing interest in him. Don’t be surprised if sticks around a little longer than the opt out date.
